Playing with squeaky toys and chasing ball are his two favorite activities.

Don’t let Archie’s size fool you - he really is a young, energetic puppy. Archie is a tall boy, with a measurement of 24 inches from his front paw to the top of his shoulder blade. He is friendly to everyone, including the house cats and his Lab friend, Piggy. He loves to cuddle with his foster parents, and he thinks he’s the size of a Chihuahua.

• Archie is housebroken and very good in his crate. He sleeps 8-9 quiet hours per night in his crate.
• He is a puppy so he needs a lot of exercise. He currently runs 20-25 minutes in the mornings and again in the evenings with his foster parents. 
• He is learning to walk better on a leash.  
• Playing with squeaky toys and chasing ball are his two favorite activities.

Archie does well around children (currently hanging out with a 6, 9, and 11 year old), but would be better with older children who can be taught how to handle a large, very active puppy.

Please note - Archie is a puppy and still has a lot of growing and chewing to accomplish before he reaches maturity.
