Penny will be three years old in January. She is a super sweet dog that spent way, way too much time in a kennel for the first two years of her life. Her foster took her on in February and she has come a long way emotionally and mentally. She’s a smart dog and loves people. Good with other dogs, but not non-dog animals. House broke and has been introduced to birds.

Penny is registered with the American Field, but will be spayed. She is out of some sensational lines. Her littermate brother took the All-Age Derby Futurity (I think I got that right) this past season and was the Kansas Derby of the Year, her sire was the Kansas Shooting Dog of the Year, an aunt, uncle and grandsire were all national champions. She can get up and go when being worked, but when she's at home she's content to lounge and even when outside never wants to leave the yard. She is showing a good natural ability to fetch birds.
