Hi, my name is Mesa. 

To my foster family,  I'm a sweet, quirky gray ghost. 

See, before my foster family took me in, I was living outside with so many dogs - I hardly had any people around to really teach me to be a happy girl. 

I am trying so hard to learn about life and all that I missed out on. It took time for me to realize that pets were cool and now my foster family can just walk up and pet me and I don’t wonder what on earth they are doing!

Sometimes, I have to try really hard to not scoot away when something startles me because I do still get a little unsure with all the new things and hustle and bustle. But I am continuing to work with my foster parents and will stand next to them so that they can pet me and show me new things. 

I'm slowly understanding this thing they call love. I definitely love my foster furry sisters! I like to cuddle with them and will search for them if they are in another room. I am most happy being in the room with my foster family when they are home. 
I'm well behaved, have good house manners and I’m crate and potty trained - woohoo!

I’d especially love a new “mom” that would love me and cuddle me, and patiently show me the ropes.
