Beatrice is most likely between 8-9 years old, but don't let that overlook you though...if you are looking for an awesome Lab to make your house a home, look no further. 

B is totally potty trained, crate trained, great with other dogs, loves to chew on her nyla bones, and knows basic commands.

While Beatrice is somewhat hard of hearing, that doesn't impact her ability to love you and be a part of the family. B has arthritis in her back legs, not uncommon for an older Lab and can be reasonably managed without enormous cost.  

This fabulous girl is very calm and well behaved. She loves to play with the squeeky ball, and as a bonus is very good on leash.  She loves affection and does a great job keeping your feet warm laying by you all of the time.
